Arrival at Brindisi (or Bari) airport and transfer to a charming masseria near Lecce on your own, where you will be hosted for the first days. After check-in operations, enjoy some free time before tasting the delicious welcome dinner at the masseria.

Lecce & Wine
 
In the morning you will enjoy a private guided tour of Lecce, which is known as the Baroque “Florence of the South”, and learn all secrets carved in sandstone and its rich papier-mâché tradition. Before lunch you will have the chance to taste the local wines in a historic winery near Lecce. Then free time to have lunch, explore the city and go shopping. To conclude the day, enjoy the dinner in Lecce.

Otranto & the Coast
 
After breakfast meet your guide for a 3-hours private guided tour of Otranto, known as the gateway to the East, learning all about its glorious and tragic history. Then tasting of the delicious local cheese and lunch in a cozy farmhouse near Otranto. Once back at the masseria, you will “get your hands dirty” in an exclusive cookery class, learning how to make fresh pasta, focaccia and almond sweets, followed by dinner.

Ostuni & Olive Oil
 
On the way to Conversano, you will visit the White City of Ostuni on a private guided tour, learning all about the history of its land inhabited since rehistoric times, its millennia-old olive trees and its rich extra virgin olive oil tradition. After visiting Ostuni, you will be transferred to a charming masseria for lunch. This is not a standard lunch but an authentic food experience that combines 0-miles and Slow Food certified products reinvented by the local chefs at the masseria, and paired with selected wines and extra virgin olive oils. Check in at your accommodation in Conversano and free time for dinner on your own.

Alberobello & the Trulli
 
Alberobello is waiting for you: enjoy a private guided tour of the UNESCO Capital of Trulli and learn all about the history of these quirky buildings, then lunch at Terramadre restaurant. In the afternoon get ready for an orientation walk in Polignano a Mare! The day will end dining at the hotel in Conversano.

Matera & the Sassi

Castel Del Monte & Imperial Lands
 
The next adventure in Puglia awaits you in Castel Del Monte, where you will enjoy a private guided tour of the UNESCO-protected monument built by emperor Frederic II of Swabia. In the afternoon get ready for a private guided street food tour of Bari, a great way to explore the capital of Puglia and learn more about its enticing history. One back at the hotel, you will taste your dinner at the hotel.
